We have put our delivery time at this link. For International delivery, most of all it will be reach at your place within 4-7 days. For Domestic delivery, 1-2 days for West Malaysia while East Malaysia – 3-4 days.
How should I know the product you sell is authentic?
Contactlensbucket.com is an authorized reseller for ColourVUE. We need to comply with every term as a reseller. If they found us selling a non-genuine product to the customer, our reseller license will be revoked.

ColourVUE product has undergone with so many regulation bodies around the world such as FDA, CE, HSA, TGA & MDA Malaysia.
I have just received my lenses, but I noticed that the color is not the same as what I have been purchase before. What makes the lens color become darker or lighter than before?
We always restock our product when it happens to be out of stock. The new batch will not be the same as the previous one. This is due to a different batch of manufacturing. The design will remain the same but the color might be slightly different in a new batch.
What type of multipurpose solution should I use?
We recommend Max OptiFresh or Bioplus or any multi-purpose solutions. Please avoid any unknown or not certified product as it could lead to irritation or burning eyes. Washing with water pipe or mineral water is not recommended.
I am a first time user, how to use it?
Every product sold has instruction manual inside. Please read carefully or you may consult with an eye practitioner for a piece of advice.
I received a damage parcel. What am I suppose to do?
